Mocha Java is a non-flavored coffee that gets its name from the two countries where the beans come from. Ethiopian beans, known for notes of fruit, floral, and higher acidity are blended with Sumatran beans known for their smooth, earthy taste and lower acidity to create a coffee that is luxurious and easy on to drink.
